• Only redeemable at the restaurants earned, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash back or applied to tip/gratuities.

• Accounts with no activity for 12 months may be subject to deactivation.

• The program is open to individuals aged 18 and above.

• We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

• Employees of restaurants and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the program.

• Any fraudulent activity or violation of program terms may result in the forfeiture of points and membership termination.
