The West Jordan location of Mama Bird is operated by AHG, a premier hospitality company that manages a collection of concepts from fine to casual dining, throughout the North and Mountain West Regions. AHG also operates Ascend Prime Steak & Sushi, the award-winning, fine dining concept in Bellevue, Washington, and Stanford’s Restaurant and Bar, a neighborhood favorite with locations in Washington and Oregon.
LIAM’S GINGER BEER
Liam's Ginger Beer is a house-made, handcrafted, non-alcoholic ginger beer. It is made fresh from four natural ingredients: purified water, fresh ginger, hand-squeezed lime juice, and raw sugar. It is free of fillers, preservatives, and artificial flavors for a crisp, refreshing taste with a little sparkle of effervescence. Available for dine-in and to go!
MAMA’S MERCANTILE
Found in the front as you enter our restaurant, Mama’s Mercantile is our little shop where guests pick up Mama Bird jams, gifts, and keepsakes to take home. The shop also features a variety of products from global and local vendors, from candies to candles.
